1. Scope of Services

Sanskaar Events & Entertainment specializes in planning, organizing, and managing events such as weddings, anniversaries, corporate events, and other special occasions. Our services include but are not limited to venue selection, decor planning, entertainment coordination, and logistical support.

2. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information regarding your event requirements, preferences, and any changes promptly.
• Cooperate with us and provide timely feedback to facilitate smooth planning and execution.
• Adhere to payment schedules and terms agreed upon for services rendered.

3. Event Planning Process

Upon engagement, we will:

• Conduct initial consultations to understand your vision, preferences, and budget.
• Propose event concepts, timelines, and budgets based on your requirements.
• Present detailed plans and obtain your approval before proceeding with bookings and arrangements.

4. Booking and Payments

• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure our services and reserve event dates.
• Payments for services rendered are due as per the agreed schedule outlined in our proposal or contract.
• Additional costs incurred due to changes in event scope or requirements will be communicated and agreed upon in writing.

5. Changes and Cancellations

• You may request changes to event details within a reasonable timeframe, subject to availability and additional costs.
• Cancellation policies vary based on the type and timing of the event. Please refer to your contract or proposal for specific terms.

6. Liability and Indemnification

• Sanskaar Events & Entertainment shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or delays arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, venue restrictions, or vendor failures.
• You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of our services or breach of these T&Cs.

7. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights associated with event concepts, designs, and materials developed by Sanskaar Events & Entertainment remain our property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without our prior consent.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

• We respect your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• You agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared by us during the course of our engagement.

9. Termination

• Either party may terminate our engagement by providing written notice if the other party breaches these T&Cs and fails to remedy the breach within a reasonable period.
• Upon termination, you agree to settle any outstanding payments for services rendered up to the termination date.
